Skilled Fixture Installer

Skilled Fixture Installer requirements:
  • Must have some carpenter skills and use of hand and power tool.
  • Must provide basic personal tools. (tape measure, screw drivers, drills, saws, etc.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proper insurance.
  • Must be able to drive to out-of-town job sites or fly for longer trips. Professional appearance.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Must be capable of working both day and night shifts.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical daily work schedule.
  • Forklift operating license.
  • Be able to provide all PPE when required. (hard hat, safety vest & glasses, and attire)

  • Be able to communicate with customers and team members
  • Have good communication and teaching skills.
  • Be able to read floor plans and merchandising POG.
  • Have a general knowledge of a wide variety of fixtures and shelving or the ability to learn.
  • Have a general knowledge of graphic installation.
  • Be a problem solver.
  • Have a positive attitude.
  • Be able to complete general paperwork.
  • Be able to complete reporting updates and job progress.
  • Be knowledgeable with smartphones for company communications.
  • Have a basic knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and store personnel.
  • Have good organization and planning skills.
  • Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work with a sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
